How about you all guys just ban if you are really sure, capture the SteamID along with your ban, post a ban request online with demo link and ticks, and then let the head admins decide, whether he or she hacks or not ...

Blaming admin to be incompetent, swearing to not have cheats, then admitting to have had them ... epic fail?

But Azriii was just a regular player, banning cheaters himself, and also playing a lot (-> much experience sometimes looks like wh).
I think an important factor in this is that he wasn't playing on Setti 1, so you probably didn't know him a lot and were more suspicious on him than on others ...

But please, prove me I was wrong about him, which I don't think. I'd really like to see the demo.

I played at Setti 1 today, and with a K/D ratio of about 3-4, the players didn't really impress me that much
(I know, maybe the good ones weren't on, I'll keep playing there a bit more to get to know the good ones, but:...)
There are good players on every server, bitching about who is best, or which server is best is futile.

We should start a tournament with the best players from every server, and see who's best   - else it's not really comparable.

Just ignore complaints, switch server if you are close to getting votebanned, and maybe even remember names of those trying to voteban you, I'll put in a good word for you

I'd stick with the normal system of gaining the next weapon with 1 kill, that way you don't run out of ammo when confronted with many players and can more easily KILL 'EM ALL!

Concerning grenade and knife level: I find it always difficult to get the grenade kill, having thrown the grenade you just have your knife left and have to die to get another grenade. I often manage to get the knife kill, according to my opinion its quite easy, but it annoys me to not get the grenade kill although having already 3 or 4 people knifed, still I ruin my stats that way. After the grenade level, knife level is really easy and requires some skill too in my opinion (especially tactical skill).

Some suggestions:
- Remove grenade level
- Merge grenade and knife level in one (You can either kill enemy with knife or grenade, whichever you manage first)
- Gaining another grenade after a certain amount of time has passed since you threw your grenade
- Regaining the grenade in base, has to be balanced though with some time limit


And what about my map suggestions? I don't mind about de_rats, it's just a map I liked to play in LAN games, but the other 2 maps, de_season and de_westwood, I think they would really fit with the servers, please give them a look.

Probably one of the best applications I have ever read, very long and detailed. Although you still made some mistakes, it is obvious that you know English very well, and since there is a wide Russian community on Setti servers, multilingual persons are always welcome.
Having experience with being an admin furthermore qualifies you, as well as your self-described commitment to a critical view on reputed hackers and a friendly attitude towards other players and newbies.
After all, quite promising ... but ...

Having only played 2 weeks on Setti servers is, at least according to my opinion, not enough to become admin. I haven't seen or noticed you on a server yet, and PsychoStats don't list you yet on any server (which doesn't mean you haven't been playing, I'm also not listed on every server   )
Still I hope you will have patience and be online a lot, and maybe later become admin.

Anyway, I'm not the one to decide whether you are granted admin rights or not, it's just my personal opinion.
