Funny you say that, because I see you insulting other players a lot. If you use bad language yourself, don't be surprised when other players insult you back. You are 17 now, you should be able to cope with the fact that somebody calls you a noob. Banning regulars (repeteadly?) for that is unacceptable.

If it's true that you deleted the topics about you, it really seems like admin abuse. If you don't like the bad reputation resulting due to such topics, don't cause them the be created in the first place.

By the way, should someone be interested I still have a demo of him banning a (maybe accidental) teamflasher and then banning another regular (Swift) for "arguing" with him. I think it was just 5 minutes, but still ... Marioc, you are admin to help the servers to a better gaming experience, not to ban people you don't like. Ignore the haters, help the noobs, and treat other regulars with respect!

Typically a 5on5 match is held with MR15. Teams will play 15 rounds, no matter what the score is (i.e. 9-6). After that, both teams will change side, again start with 800 cash and play, untill 1 team has won 16 rounds (i.e. 16-10).
So both teams will play both sides, it's not unfair. A knife round will decide as what you start (T or CT), winning team may choose.

Guybrush isn't really comparable to the other gladiator members. He has always been nice and respectful to me, being a member of this clan shouldn't be a reason to not make him admin.

Ok, guys, looks like you could use some help.

I've wanted to organize a tournament long ago, but it's hard work, and I never really had time for it. But if you guys could organize it, I would offer my help concerning server set up, rules and tournament supervision.

My recommendations:

1) 5on5 tournament
2) Official 5on5 settings = ESL config (disables i.e. spectating enemy team)
3) Server has to be password protected, spectators should watch game via SourceTV
4) Choosing from the following - standard 5on5 - maps (somewhat ordered by popularity in the scene):
de_dust2
de_nuke
de_inferno
de_tuscan
de_train
(de_cbble)
(de_season)
(de_cpl_strike)
(de_contra)

5) People shouldn't be put together in teams randomly. Ask your mates if they want to play with you, team up, choose a leader who is responsible for the team showing up, and tell organizator the line-up.

I've already been working for some time with Ghost together on an extra server for clan wars in which non-steam players can participate. If everything should work out as planned, we could be using this server for the tournament.
In case we can't play on this server, and neither on RUSetti, I would offer my clan's server for the tournament. eKLiK War server is protected, with official maps and configs, zBlock and ESL plugin, everything set up and ready to play. Unfortunately only Steam-users would be able to join the server, so this should be plan B.
EDIT: eKLiK could also offer a teamspeak server for the teams during the matches (this is for optional use of the teams).

I used to use a more direct way of reporting cheaters, but since headadmin isn't really active anymore, I'll report the latest, of which I didn't get feedback whether they are banned yet or not, here. Some SteamIDs could be reported multiple times with different names, or by others too, so some could be banned already. All of the following were clearly and with no doubt cheating, these are only completely obvious cheaters, so demos are missing (although they would have been deleted by now anyway). If they weren't 100% obvious, demo is posted or comment explains the situation further. Happy banning
