We're working on getting Lithuania on the list. Lithuania has stricter regulations than other countries, so that's why it's going to take little longer. We're working on it. I'll post here when Lithuania has SMS boost

Romania, Latvia, Serbia, Croatia, Belarus and Ukraine will be available next week. Laws regarding SMS services in these countries are stricter than in the others, so that's why it takes few more days to get the service available. We're working on it

Setti has launched brand new service for server admins. Setti Masterserver BOOST makes it possible for server admins to have more visibility for their servers.

The servers are removed periodically. Nobody can say the exact timeframe when the servers are removed. Servers which are offline constantly have it difficult to get it listed when they're online. It's best to keep servers online 24/7 ☺

You have to use 47/48 patch. Use dproto and enable 47/48 compatibility. Then it works.

There are some historical reasons. There used to be steamemu and "extracted" versions. They had different user authentication method so they could be separated. There's not real difference if you get your server accepted by either way. Both test successful is the best.
