It seems that people cannot pay attention to chat messages, so the only way to get them to listen is to ban them and wait until they come on forums... My tactic worked flawlessly

Actually I would welcome the experience of suppressing server #3. Recently I have only been playing there, because setti#1 is overrun by nabs who can't tell friends from foes, ignore the meaning of the words "hostages", "bomb", "mission", etc. In other words, as a server, it is terribly uninteresting and mostly dead. Setti#3 is where most regulars are at. At least they get the basics...
So, shutting down #3 will either force regulars to come back to #1, or it will be the death blow to Setti as we know it. Of course, it is only natural that Setti should outlive its current regulars, but it would still be a pity to see Setti fall even further in terms of gameplay...

Well, that is my way of balancing teams... the weakest links take a break. Within two minutes the server is replenished and in most cases with a better balance.
Other thing: when all you noobs are doing is group hugging at A long as CTs, round after round, do not complain to get slain / banned.

The RTV command is for when full admins are not on server, so that players can collectively decide what they want to play. Once a full admin is there, you have the right to GTFO if you don't like his map choice, or his attitude.
If you don't like this deal, go pay for your own servers, maintain them, etc. Until then, understand that you owe us, not the other way around.

Yup, I was banning the nice folks not rushing tunnels (as Ts), or camping out of time. I was on a roll, so I guess you came in at the wrong moment.
Also, this is why you should play with your usual nick... Regulars are given more freedom to play how they see fit, noobs not so much.
