Did not work for me.

version: 22102011_glibc2.11.1

[color=#ff0000]FAIL. Server denied me.

[color=#ff0000]Server reply: 9Valve_Reject_LAN_Game
[color=#ff0000]FAIL. Server denied me.


Green Luma dont work for linux :(

So i used an older version like linux_26122010 and i works fine

This info doesn't exist anywhere else, should be set to sticky or put on frontpage. Just my humble opinion.


did you finaly use linux_22102011 or linux_26122010?

and yes, this needs to be sticky. important information for admins!

i solved the problem for myself. new rev emu blocks setti oO
so just use an older version like RevCrew_linux_26122010 an it works fine

Hi, i just wanted to add my L4D2 Server to the Masterserverlist, but i cant.

Here are the Logs i got

[Sun Oct 23 05:44:26 2011]: Got KEY (l4d) from 84.X.X.X:27015
[Sun Oct 23 05:44:26 2011]: Server reply: 9STEAM validation rejected
[Sun Oct 23 05:44:26 2011]: FAIL. Server denied me.

Server console:

RejectConnection: 50.19.0.193:43711 - STEAM validation rejected
RejectConnection: 107.20.63.207:43652 - STEAM validation rejected


Server is properly patched with RevCrew_linux_01092011-1-1

As ich read in forums, i am not the only one having problems adding servers.
Anyway this Server is online, using latest server version, everybody can connect and firewall not blocking.
