Read again, sound is back to normal when he re-plug the headphones.take a look at this folder "Counter Strike Source 2010\cstrike\sound\weapons" you can see all your sounds there. You could replace the missing/wrong sounds with the right sounds. You have to download for that the "Soundpackage". Or just try to reinstall

Just to start "smalltalks" or speed answers for problems (certainly if somebody is on).
I think it would be good to have a place where we can chat fast etc.

why you need steam for nosteam game?
SETTI should be confomerd to Steam. It does work.
How are you using it? For Xfire it is good tutorial. Very good
Well for me, whenever I launch CSS Setti, it'll say "no permisison to run cstrike"
But I'm guessing if you edit the Counter Strike Source 2010.bat , it'll work. I just prefer Xfire over Steam

Can you connect to Setti servers? Try to disable firewall.
Did you update CSS?
Can't play in any single server!
I always get the "Server is not responding" message. It doesn't matter what MAP it is. I've tried every single one out of the 300 server I have.
Please can anybody give me a hand?
Yeah, downloaded and installed successfully the lastest patch (number 30) from this very same page.
I just don't know what else to do...

Your server could not be reached from internet. Check your ports open. If use host server at home - use hosting.

When I go add new server on css.setti.info i recieve the message No INFO from 201.67.190.103:27015.
Why?
The server is updated patch 30.

Yes, my server is on the internet, i have other friends playing in my server, but they need enter on my server only connecting on console (connect 201.10.17.196:27015) for example.
my error is only when i will add new on setti servers, not on playing in connect directly from console.

Maybe because server's fps often drops to low values? Sometimes even below 20fps!

The server is not in the server list "LAN"and also not with HLSW. but who do I go about de console and type connect 192.168.1.28 I come to the server.

looks like hdr is on, add mat_hdr_level 0 command to autoexec.cfg file.
