Have you tried editing the rev.ini file?

1)Go to your css folder
2)Find the "[color=red]rev.ini file"
3)Open it with note pad, find the line "PlayerName=css.setti.info"
4)Replace the "css.setti.info" with your nick, save the changes.

Place the file on path\to\CSS\cstrike\ directory.

Start CS:S with -console parameter.
Start CS:S and write "playdemo demoname.dem" on console. When the game demo starts running press Shift-F2 for controls.

I can't do it boogie.. it says this CDemoFile::Open: couldn't open file auto-20110607-0548-de_dust2.dem for reading.
