The hosting isn't guilty 100%

If you can't find your server's IP in the network dump then Setti's masterserver isn't sending the server IP at all.

Exactly!
My server's IP (91.213.8.25) isn't present in network dump.

It could be that the new masterserver isn't refreshing the server list properly.

Before [color="#FF0000"]this news the server (20.07.2010) has been added and it successfully appears in search of server browser.
After this news all 3 servers do not appear in search of server browser.
