Tested it and unfortunately I had no luck with that
I think it must be a problem with the rev emu because they game runs, if I start it without the revloader

You should always start the game via the desktop shortcut like you did. And as administrator. But honestly i can't reproduce this issue and find a solution for it. I don't know what else to think. :s
Try one more thing. Edit the launch options, add the following and launch the game.
-w 800 -h 600 -windowed

I really appreciate your help.
I've checked if there is a gamestate.txt or a stats.bin but they are missing (maybe because I've never started this game before).
So I've tried to start the game without internet (pulled the cable from the LAN adapter).
Unfortunately I have the same issues
But I have noticed two things:
If I try to start the game through the shortcut on the desktop nothing happens but in the taskmanager appears the hl2.exe and revloader.exe.
They stay there for some time and then they disappear again.
I've also tried to start it with the -dxlevel 80 parameter.
After that I tried to start it this way:
"C:\Setti\Counter-Strike Source\hl2.exe" -game cstrike -steam -console -novid
It works but when I create a game/server it aborts with (sv_lan 0 is set):
CD Key authentication invalid for internet servers.

This is getting really weired.
Go to the first page of this thread and open the FAQ.
Check the third one and try those solutions. Let me know if any worked for you.

I've tried sfc /scannow (in an admin CMD shell) and after it's finished it says:
"Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat keine Integritätsverletzungen gefunden."
So this means something like: no issues found - everything is ok
I've also tried it with the upgrade to the fresh Windows 10 Fall Creators Update - still the same behaviour.

I have all the recent updates for the OS installed (auto update, but also checked it manually).
For my graphics card R7 260X I am using the recent drivers from the AMD website.

I googled it a bit and there were some others who had that problem as well.
One of them had to install the updates of his operating system in order to fix the issue.
Make sure your operating system and graphics card driver are up-to-date and try again.
If that will not work either, i will try to find some other solution.
