Romania is not yet supported for SMS yet. We are working on it but it can take weeks. So don't wait too much for it.

Ehh ussually server have like a "donate to help keep our servers running" or something on there websites.

And i ussually end up donating 10 dollars or so to servers i enjoy just cause I dont really mind.
