Just try to reinstall your game, watch the graphix, and ur ping.. Maybe watch your pc itself, maybe inside the cooler there are a lot of dust, or your pc temperature is rising..

Try this:
1. Make sure you have ur drivers updated
2. Check if your PC components do not overheat while playing
3. Try to close all open programs when you playing (or use gameboost)

Only CSS lags or other games as well?

You can also check the free ram when you start the game and it's not lagging and then check the free ram when the game starts lagging..
Or check the temperatures with some tool (e.g. Speedfan). If your pc gets too hot, the cpu throttles.
Does this also happen when you play offline?
And it would be nice if you post your specs ;)
