Guys maybe i'm wrong but in deathmatch server there was a guy called "rv-" for me he has got wh, and so i banned him for 360 minutes. And wtffff he rejoined. I asked him How the fuck...and he said "i unbanned my self". I asked him are a full admin. He said "full admin what" ???
Someone can explain me watafak is happening?

He is actually a non-steamer noob, ip(range) ban is necessary in this case.

I heard for a program called STEAM ID CHANGER.You just create steam account and you start up Steam and then you can play CSS nosteam with steam turned on.So you can change your steam id with creating new steam account.

This is just like normal Steam CSS. Its not kind of an exploit.I heard for a program called STEAM ID CHANGER.You just create steam account and you start up Steam and then you can play CSS nosteam with steam turned on.So you can change your steam id with creating new steam account.

But you have bought CSS then. U cant play NonSteam-CSS if you havent bought it while STeam is opened.you can open nonsteam css while steam is opened.

If you have Steam opened and did not buy CSS, you shouldn't be able to play it. But if you have Steam opened and bought CSS, it will work. I used it to play on Setti while servers weren't updated. You'll keep your real SteamID and settings etc., but you have the previous CSS version
