Why not? But 'till May i am not able to organise the tour as i did (me and menti) in the older one. (not enough time).
So i am in, but i can't help in the organization

I think 5vs5 would be normal matches.

I recommend 5 vs 5 for classic match and 2 vs 2 for awp match. I think 1 vs 1 awp match would be boring.

Isn´t it a bit too soon to make teams for the "not sure" tournament without the approximate time or other informations, e.g. who will organize it etc. ?

Will probably be like the last tournament, which means that the teams (team leaders) will decide when they play.
When the tournament will start? Well, that depends on you, we don't know when you have time! I think that we should make a poll about it.
