Won't let download MasterServers

I press Download: MasterServers.vdf. But while I press it, it just tooks me to a random page with numbers or somethings:

What happened? I really want to play online with GMOD.

You can right click and choose "save link as" or copy&paste the contents of the file to the right place.

What browser do you use? The file should open normally as "save as".

Do as I said.

You could change the browser too if you haven't got experience how to use IE.

Ah, I tried to play GMOD on online, and make an server, but this comes up:

This steam account does not own this game. Please log on the correct account.

(Or something like this).

I really want to play online!
