how i can change name of Clan Tag ? and in the console command cl_clantag not work !
It's Steam feature http://www.nextlevel...r-strike-source, atm nosteam have only one hardcoded in reveumu! "cl_clantag" such command doesnt exist atm, you probably didnt patched game with latest patches.
I need help with the high ping.... I tried methods 1,3, and 5 mentioned above. And my ping has gone lower than before. But it still is 350 the least. I am a bit confused about the 4th method... someone care to explain please. And is there anything else i can do abt the ping?? Thanx...
4th method is perfectly clear to my, maybe word "folder" can be changed to "key" there! You can try "mat_queue_mode -1" write it to autoexec.cfg.
Are you sure that you are connecting to low ping server?
Ok the 4th method says=
4)
1. Go to the Start Menu.
2. Type "regedit.exe" or just "regedit" (No quotations).
3. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\
4. Look for a folder that contains your LOCAL IP ADDRESS under the Data column. The folder that it's in should be named similar, but not restricted to {1C3DE298-6536-4E3B-8BE6-457838544F56}. If there are more than 1 folders that contain your local IP, follow steps 5~8 in those folders.
5. Go to [Edit]-[New]-[DWORD (32-bit) Value]
6. Name the new file TcpAckFrequency. This is CaSe SeNsItIvE.
7. Right Click on TcpAckFrequency and select [Modify]
8. Set the Value Data to 1 and check off Hexadecimal.
9. Restart your computer.
Now what I don't understand is in step 4. do i have to change the folder name (with my local ip) to the one given in 2nd bracket above as the name doesnt match to the current name of the folder on my pc.
And I do connect to the lowest ping servers that appear on the servers list.And the lowest ping that has appeared till now is 320.
Also by local ip, I guess its my pc internal IP and nt the external one. So how do I know my internal ip. I hav win7 32bit ultimate.Please reply.
