Last time i checked, this page was down, so my current game is at patch v40, if i download that cumulative v49 will it give me all of it?

Check your firewall, be sure that css isn't blocked.

Strange, that this steamclient.dll doesn't work everywhere, it depends of the county, some guys complain for the same reason.

Im using avast antivirus, and i dont have a firewall, i already disabled the block to css, but still didin't work... any ideas?

Post here if you know how the get rid of the ® . Many players are asking about it in-game and forums.

One option is to use patched Steam but it's completely different than using a standalone release.
