Ok I applied new patch today, but after few seconds in game I get warning of auto-disconect...
How to solve this problem?


Do you mean auto-disconect on the server? In which server? in setti? setti was having some internet connection problems yesterday after the update, but now is just fine.

When i'm trying to connect to a server, my game stop to respond when the bar is at "retrieving server", but that's work in solo mode, help ?

Hello ! The patch works for me, but I've some bugs :
-The game is very slow now !
-The glass windows texture is a lot of black and pink symbols, and when I break it, the default glass windows broken texture go back
-When I try to join an online setti server, or every server, my loading bar is very fast, but she blocks at "retrieving server info", so I can not play online !

I need help !

whenever i join a server with de_dust2 it says
Disconnected:
Your map [maps/de_dust2.bsp] differs from the server's.
and i already tried reinstalling but it didnt work please help :)

I cant change my name on this new patch

its working now.

I still can't change actually D:
What can I do to change name? Already used the setname and name commands I wrote exactly this: setname Tofu. And did same for the name command. With name it just sends a message repeating what I wrote and with setname it tells me the command doesn't exist.

i keep getting this error. when i try to connect to any server. its say '' You are in insecure mode. you must restart before you can connect to secure servers.'' i restart it my computer. my css.i delete it my css file and re installed. then i patch it again with v52. but still same problem -.- so what i do

It happens to me too, i will not specify any server cause it happens on random servers, i play on more that 30 servers a day, maybe less, but i think there are 2 causes: 1 it may be a internet connexion problem, nothing major, and the second may be a server crash or restart, who knows.

ok i installed the game installed patch v51 worked great installed v52 doesn't work now when i launch the game it say's loading 5 seconds later HL2.exe has stopped working i am noob.

Windows say's cause of it is client.dll ???

Hi!
i have a problem with css ..

when i enter in one server i get eror"hl2.exe stoped working"when i chose terorist or counter terorist/or if i want 3 seconds and no chose again eror
and when i try on single with bots again this eror when i chose ct or tero :(((
i have direct x and i try to stop my antivirus

i try and other css and one working but it version 1.0.0.34 and no working good servers

now i instal aviara css and here i get this problem like in orange box :((

what programs i need to work that game on windows 7?

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

ok i just installed aviara counter strike to see if it would work nope hell no
hl2.exe has stopped working client.dll fault??? wtf

b00bs your counter strike didn't work either i haven't even played the game yet

here is how it goes click icon loading loading BAM!!! HOLY SHIT hl2.exe has stopped working.
yes i deleted the achiments no difference fix this plz i have fittled with the damn game all day.

can someone send me a client.dll that goes in cstrike\bin\Client.dll or any other client dll if there is any

i need a guarantee that this will work cause i am on my last legs on this darn stuff you may not know what my error is.


When i have no updates for setti cs:s it launches like normal but when i update to v51 to v52 it doesn't work "Click on icon"===Loading loading=="HL2.exe has stopped working. when i enter"

go into rev.ini "change steamclient =true to false SAVED working agian".

but steamclient isn't the error Client.dll in {cstrike\bin\Client.dll}
you  know i  have wen't threw im starting to think that this ins't worth it.
i have been working on this all day

its really hard to get i wish there was a answer no patch or little update fixes.
