How about adding shoutbox to the forum?
It would be easy for users to chat and discuss about servers or anything else which doesn't need a new topic.
It would be better than this :http://css.setti.info/forum/chat/

I expected that chat needed some kind of configuration in the moderator panel. But i figured out that the issue is caused by the license key..
