How to add more servers? I have more than 20 CS16 servers.

Add the first one and then do the same process for the rest servers. I hope they are not fake/redirect servers. If they are, i advice you not to add them. They will be banned.

When I add 2 servers, on the third it says me: Wait 15 minutes. Contact us at forums if you need to add many servers. Also tell why you have so many servers.
