+ Dude, i never cheated in css my whole life... if i were cheating i would be vac banned right now and also my acc is from 2004 and also, iw ouldnt cheat on a 2004 acc thats i had so long time.... since i got game stats and archievements. So yeah cheaters is for noobs who can't handle the game, and play time right.

There is no admin application. Requesting is not possible. Admins are hand picked once a year. Only best are chosen.
