You can't submit 192.168.x.x IP to Setti because that IP works only in your local network. If I try to connect to 192.168.x.x address then it goes to my own local network. That's why you need to set up this thing called NAT and use your external IP. Use Google to find instructions. There are many instructions even in your own language. The problem is so common.
