Maybe you have good ping from Russia, it means, that your server internet is good

Servers appear based on GeoIP. Here`s may be a bit fails, but not many....

It's not good to boost only insinde one country. In Europe players often play on servers in neighbouring countries. Low ping =

If you don't want Russians on your server you can install Country Filter plugin on your server. Search it in Google.

and my server ip is 80.233.160.90:27015 and 2nd server ip 80.233.160.90:27016

All your messages show up as "failed". Make sure your mobile operator contract allows shortcode messages. You can also try sending the message from your friend's mobile phone.

The first message you've sent on 2010-12-29 for 80.233.160.90:27015 is marked as "ok". Something must have changed on your end after that.

Hi I boosted 79.115.110.196:27015 via paypal only to find that the server is not in the boosted list, or the clientside masterserver one, and my server is now deleted from the database. When I try re-adding it it says "Restricted IP range. Contact Setti administration for server submission.". Never had this error before. I also made I thread in the masterserver, here, forum but did not get a reply with re adding the server.

How long time ago boost was completed? Can you tell paypal E-Mail?

No boost has been received for that IP today. Last boost for that IP is on 17th day. All your previous SMS messages show up as "pending" which might mean there is a problem with your mobile operator. You can try again and verify that you write your IP and shortcode correctly. SMS service is provided by Fortumo and we only see succesful messages. Contact Fortumo if there are questions.

Нет сообщение об ошибки не получил просто отправил смс и все деньги сняли а сообщение не прислали не об ошибки не об добавлении!!! С моб оператором все нормально связь с момент отправки сообщения была хорошая

Please post at Russian forum. This thread is for English support. There are many boost SMS messages daily so it's not likely that the system randomly fails on your message. There is a logical reason why boost wasn't successful. You need to provide enough info so the reason can be found.

No. You need to boost whenever previous boost ends.

Have you received reply message after you sent SMS? Verify that you've sent the message to correct number and with correct keyword. Instructions are at http://css.setti.info/boosted-servers/
