This is my server IP193.26.217.32:27238. In paypal account is written, that means the operation is translated! As soon as the server will appear in the list?

Do not send many SMS if your server is already on the list. When you send SMS your server is moved to the top of the Extra Boost list. It doesn't matter if your server is already on boost list. Wait for previous boost to end, then send new SMS.

Ah, your server has already been on the list. Now that other users have used boost they've pushed your server off the list. That is how Boost Extra works.

Boost does not magically generate players for your server. According to your server stats there are basically no players at all during the last week. It is up to players to decide whether they join your server or not. You seem to be hosting CSS server too, notice that boost is most effective for CS1.6. This is explained in boost details page at http://css.setti.info/boosted-servers/.

2.I supose if apears like that i don't get any boost :-??

Boost gives more visibility for your server. You must make sure players will enjoy your server. Install good plugins, have good admins and set good maps on the server. Good ping is very good bonus. That way you get players on your server. You can't force anyone to play on your server. Can you?

Submit your server to http://css.setti.info/#addserver . That way your server will be added on Setti's normal list. You must get green light when submitting. Patch your server if you haven't done it already.

Boost works regardless. Boosted servers are always Boosted.
