Ok first of all, i download and installed the new css and the patch 0 to v23, it worked.
now i went to play, and every time, every server i get banned beacause of my ping :S its really annoying,
some people says my net sucks but my net worked very well on older version.
i allready fixed the rates but i get banned every time :S please help me
