hey guys i have read just about all the threads installed it properly and turnd all firewalls off and still no servers.but if i add them through favourites i can get a couple and play on them but still cant see any through master server? any help would be really apreciated

Try another release with Setti masterserver included. That way you don't have to install Setti by yourself.
If you still want to try your current release, then try this:
1. Use windows' search to find *all* masterservers.vdf files
2. Delete all masterservers.vdf files
3. Follow Setti masterserver installation instructions.
