217.26.212.20:27015
212.124.160.7:27015
After trying to enter those servers, on every other it says "server is enforcing consistency for this file: materials/effects/flashbang.wmt"
So I checked and found out that there is fucked up servers which are uploading to client broken game files , after you join such server you will be unable to play on any server with "sv_pure" enabled!
217.26.212.20:27015 is ok
212.124.160.7:27015 is such shit server uploading broken files
Reinstall CS:S will restore your files back, so do not join these broken servers or you can disable downloads from servers with console command -> "cl_downloadfilter none"!

Anyway, it's working now. I extracted the game in other folder. If I extract in the same place it was before, the problem and the nickname didn't reset.

I did that. Deleted the "Counter Strike Source 2010" folder and extracted everything again and it seems to have a game cache somewhere but I can't find it.

There is no cache, you just didn't deleted game! Search disk for "hl2.exe" to find if there is other folders with CS:S!

About the folders, I shift+deleted all the "Counter Strike Source 2010" folder that have the CS:S folder inside among other files and folders. I'm pretty sure all the folders and files were deleted before reinstalling.

I'm not a noob in computers and know how things work. I don't know if it's because of windows 7 or what but it has some kind of cache that is not on the game folder.
