that seems funny but that is the way french gov can pay its bills
as my country is now even mor poor than albania or romania , the cops are also making " real false" tickets . they give you three fines , one big about 135 euro having a discount at 90 euro for a month and 2 discount at 22 euro .
when you pay the 2 at 22 euro then the cop creates 2 new one at 90 euros discount ...
even if you complain that the dates are wrong [because of computers not cheating], the judge in france is like the one in lucky-luke , and says they are valid fines .
if that could Be even more pity , you do not receive fines when they make it , you ll get them by letters....
the exemple above is about the licence driver that i was not asked to show when the fucker and its band was fucking "me"
it is about immediate presentation of licence , the second that was send after you pay [ because so much in france can even not afford 22 euro of fines ] was send a month later and is about the non-presentation in the following 5 days.....
is not that funny...even the first fine took more than this delay to arrive in my letter box....
this is only for french , tv shows some europeans being arrested for being 5 km/h above the maximum speed...they have to pay right now or the fuckers keep the cars ...and of course they do not have some DISCOUNT like US ...

i agree with you , greece is not very clean . the trouble they have , started because their gov lied to europe to get in...
the fact the more unbearable i ve seen in greece , is the prime minister that made a vote about confidence and no future troubles just before leaving "his office" .
i think he is the son of the thief that lied about economie to get in europe .
in france , administration is more doing like a mafia , they cover them all and steal the others that are not working for the administration .
in here the gov is getting 50 % of all the money by taxes and debts . all administrations are doing debts despite all they steal and they still did not "suffer" any reductions .
by the way capitalism is not well working when bad people are having it in their hands , we are all equal and so on when it comes to pay taxes but someone living in the Athens or Paris is a lot more equal than the others . it can be seen quickly with the museum hospitals...and people having high paid high job for "our state" that are all and always in these towns .
with the crisis the situation is getting worse , if you are in the middle of france then the next big hospital is at 400 or 500 kms and there are no choppers to transport you fast .
the gov made a highway in this zone and now it is very attractive for all european terrorists : they come from spain , ireland , norway ....

Today my netbook's fan started making some weird sounds cause of de_dust . So i decided to clean it. It was my first time i opened a netbook and i followed a tutorial at youtube to do it. When i finished the "extraction" i was like "OMG how will i get all these back in?! ". So before i start cleaning my netbook i said "why not to take a screenshot of all this and share it with Setti?" (^^,) So here it is!
