There is a flood limit so you can only add 4 IPs in 15 minutes. Remember to patch your servers. They are reporting:

The ususal strategy for installing Setti compatible server is this:

1. Download hlds or srcds as usual
2. Patch it with VUP + eSteamation or RevEmu

You can use google to find instructions how to patch the server. For example cs.rin.ru is good source for information. They've got english forum there. Use google to find instructions. The good keywords are mentioned in my post in the section 2.

PS. Also, considering that you didn't already know all this, you might not need to host Setti compatible server... maybe
