Problem with adding my server

Every time that I tried to add my server to the list I waited about a hour, and after that hour I checked the list and my server wasn't there. Does someone know why? Or I'm doing something wrong.

You probably haven't patched your server.

Use Vityan's server patcher and answer y to all questions. Run it with -advanced option.

OK, I downloaded it but there's no questions like you said.
Could you give me a link with explanation how to use it?

Oh, and one more question: Does it also including cracking server of L4D?

I'm not sure about L4D.

All you need to do is run the program like "vup.exe -advanced engine_i686.dll". Then answer y to all questions. It might work also without the -advanced option. Then you don't need to answer any questions.
