i dont know whats fucking going on :/
i think i made everything right.
my dedicated gmod server doesnt use hamachi ip as default anymore :3 -thanks k1ller
i already played on the same pc im hosting the server on with people from usa and brazil
-no problems

the ports are opened: sv 27015 (think that means server port) cl 27005 (that should be
client port)
however, server starts with ip:
192.168.0.104 -i know thats local ip, it starts with local but people can connect with
95.222.151.151:27015

i completely deactivated hamachi internet connection to make sure it works completely without hamachi -it does noone got dropped

i deactivated windows firewall when trying to add server
and also tried to activate router DMZ what seems to disable router firewall.
btw. i get that error stuff when trying to add:

[Mon Feb 7 03:28:38 2011]: Verifying 95.222.151.151:27015 (95.222.151.151:27015)
[Mon Feb 7 03:28:41 2011]: No INFO from 95.222.151.151:27015
[Mon Feb 7 03:28:41 2011]: Could not request server information

cant add it to gametracker either
thats it for now. any ideas to what i wrote, yet?
its 05:06 am here in germany, thats pretty late. or early? however, ima sleep now

i searched some stuff now, NAT means router, ok
but like i said, i opened the ports and stuff, tried it with DMZ activated.
and now they tell stuff like "wrong ports" "wrong configurated NAT" "if you want to play on the same pc you host on, good luck" -even if im not playing on my server, its still not scanned by setti or anything
anyways, i opened the server and client ports 27015 and 27005
they are checked with ortchecker and since i cant check them and get "port is currently in use by other programm"during my server is running, i think its using the right ports.
so, what else do i need to set up with my router config?

NAT = Network Adress Translation
and you can try to configure your router with THIS tool if you are on windows

well this tool opens the ports for me.
the difference was it opened
start port 27005 ~ end port 27015
i thought it would open (or should open) all ports between 27005 and 27015
i made it like this before: 27005~27005 and 27015~27015.
however, adding the server to setti is still not working.
and i HAD a problem with ports. that was 1 of the many problems i solved
until now.
but since people are able to join AFTER i opened the ports in my router,
i dont think its a port problem anymore.
so do i need to setup something else
for my router or other stuff?
just a question, are there required server.cfg or autoexec.cfg settings i need for setti?
cause the errors i get say no server info found
do u have any other ideas why it doesnt work?

try this tests step 2-3 to see if your router are fine.
about the server : I can't help you.
ask google or maybe someone from here will help you.

i tried that too, but i still cant add it to setti servers
as u can see the ports are reachable by that website
but i could only check tcp AND the ports are only reachable
when my server is running.
and look at my servers ip its showing my local ip, but since people
can join on my external ip
i think thats ok, or not? -when i try to set external ip in shortcut
+ip 95.222.151.151
it says could not allocate any internet port

I guess your router is fine
you can double check on PortForward to see if your router is fine.
then all depends of your server configuration

i already got this tool before.
i think my router is fine, too
ill add my server.cfg to this post, maybe someone can fine an error in it.
and this is the shortcut i use to start the server:

C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -game garrysmod -console -hostport 27015 +map gm_mobenix_v3_final

i added the -hostport 2 days ago, no changes.
- i cant upload that .cfg file, anyways: ill just paste the stuff here ;>
