192.168.x.x is a LAN address. Check your external IP at http://whatismyip.com/.

You need to find tutorial for how to host server behind NAT. Then read the tutorial and set up your router/modem according to the tutorial (you have to port forward the server port to your LAN IP). Then you have to go to http://www.whatismyip.com and see your external IP and submit that to setti list.
You'll probably find good tutorial in the net that explains everything in very good detail. There are millions of tutorials like this. If you're not native english speaker, you'll find 100% sure tutorials in your own language too.
