Was this "»Хτгα«™" reported before ? If you have the link to previous report please write it here so I can check. His IP for this last report was 178.190.43.33 (178-190-43-33.adsl.highway.telekom.at) so he's an Austrian idiot. If you give me the date when he cheated before, I can check his IP then and see if it is dynamic or perhaps even static. Anyway, he can be banned then either way.

Just check page 96, he has been reported at least 10 times.

He often returns with new ID/IP and keeps switching between servers, hard work to keep servers clean when he's online. PHOENIX already tried to IP range ban him, he either failed or Хτгα™ still keeps returning.
What do you need duplicate ban requests for ... for possibly different IPs?

Just noticed "Хτгα™" playing in another demo when checking for a different hacker, now he's playing with WH only. Apparently he left because I joined.

Tick 73000: During the jump, VERY hard to see without WH that an enemy is coming from behind.
Tick 85000, then Tick 86000 (Could have waited for him to finish reloading and then prefired though).
Tick 98000, rather WH than triggerbot.
Tick 102000, once again very fast to react.
Tick 131500, clearly WH, SyrinXeno's trick for busting noob wallhackers
