He maybe needs that software if someone would ban him because of cheating.

If you see him again just post his STEAM ID here. BTW, he doesn't have any "anti-ban" software. There is no such thing. He simply changed his STEAM ID before, so now he is banned by IP. This is why you probably don't see him as much as before (1 month ago). And if you see him again, it is only because he found another IP which is not banned yet. This is why you must post when you see him, so that I can ban his new IP also. And changing IP is much harder that changing STEAM ID. The new IPs that he can find are getting more and more limited every time I ban an IP range. He can't win this battle.

By the way, all other reported cheaters so far are also banned.

Also a note: CSGO server seems to have lost banlist so you may see a lot of (old) cheaters there again.

Don't say you never saw it before. The player changes nick every 2 seconds, usually to a nick similar to other players so a noob admin doesn't know how to ban him. It's usually used by cheaters and is a part of a hack program. The above STEAM ID is now banned.
