Ive seen him too in DM server today using hack. I talked to him and told him to stop using aim, but he didnt really respond and told me i think something like "Scheiß Russen"(in english it means something like "goddamn russian" or "sodding russian")
i know him for some time but please perm ban him although he is kinda friend of mine...
