I can't understand that language but to me it looks like you have to reinstall if you haven't already

Copy the text and google it, I always do that when I encounter those kind of problems...and I always manage to solve them

(I found a lot of threads about this problem in web, I saw a lot of ways to fix this problem but Idk which one will work for you and I have never seen this problem before, so i cant really help-only translating your problem in english)
