All those steam IDs were full. You didn't miss anything. The steam id is just STEAM_0:0:2085669996, the other numbers and "active" are not part of it.

You can bind multiple commands to one key by using semicolon and double quotes. For example if your admin menu is binded to H key, you can bind status to it like so:
bind h "admin;status"
and each time you press h, your console will output steam ID's. Says here that command condump will output console in file. So bind h would be like: "admin;status;condump".
