That error message is not from Setti. Setti only sends English responses. Your operator shouldn't charge you for messages that they don't deliver. Your message did not reach Setti.

Ah, now I see. The keyword "FOR SETTI" is wrong. In Russian the keyword is "FOR SET". The keyword changed many weeks ago. In any case your mobile phone operator shouldn't charge you for that message. You can try to send the message again with correct keyword.
