I tried to add my server to the list (87.120.123.199:27015) the setti bot said "OK i`ts accepted me" and i still dont see my server in the list so my question is am i banned ?

Yes, your server is banned for having fake players.

Ban has been removed now. I guess that is why you posted.

Bots are allowed but don't try to fool players to join your server with fake players.
