Al1, first of all, cheaters need to be BANNED and not KICKED ! There's a reason you have the BAN option there, so use it ! Never give up on a cheater. If he rejoins 20 times, then BAN him 20 times. Do NOT kick him. If you notice the same player rejoins after you ban him by his STEAM ID, then ban him by his IP address. If you don't have that option in your ban menu then write a message to k1ller so he can add that for you. Then report such case in this thread so we can add an IP address ban for that cheater. Or you can report it in the regular Ban requests thread and just write "STEAM ID HACKER" or something like that below your report so we know he needs special treatment.

By the way, that second guy was probably not a STEAM ID hacker. There were two players, one named "FrEeRuNeR" and the other "Freerunner". You just banned the wrong one and the cheater was never off the server. Again, do not just stand there and watch him cheat. If he comes back, BAN HIM AGAIN. That's whay we gave you admin commands! We didn't give the admin to you so you can watch him cheat and chat with him!! Make sure you remember that!

You should normally use STEAM ID bans. Only use IP bans if you see the cheater come back with a new STEAM ID. In that case also report him here on the forum.

Using ban by name is pointless, the first thing they try is changing their name to see if it unbans them :/

Well, it works when cheater rejoins(tested on myself and begged 3 days to unban Changing name didnt help). Someone said that it doesnt permban, so i guess that its like personal blacklist then. Cheaters get kicked automatically when admin(who added them to banlist) joins. Am i smart or what?

When banning someone by IP ban, is it then enough to write SteamID and Name in Ban request, or do we need to find out his IP as well?

How about adding IP range ban option for limited admins, if it stops those hackers?
