hi guys! i need some help! i installed this game and patched it right.. and when im about to play the game " counter strike source " i rightclick and run it as admin and then after a few seconds later it says hl2.exe stopped working

By the way, check your anti-virus.It may block your game or make sure you have a good one.Not like mine (Norton -,.-)

please someone! help i got the same problem and i Read the FAQ and it says ima delete "gamestate.txt" and another file... but there isnt any of those file.......... so HELP i dont have those files from the begining, i even redownloaded it annd reinstalled it.. but there aint no "gamestate.txt" etc HELP
