I Didn't see my servers in server browser (nobody can't) but i add it here, and i see it in the setti site .. what can be a problem?

If you can find your server on the list ( http://css.setti.info/servers/full/ ) then it is in the masterserver as well. Check that your server browser's filters aren't filtering anything. Also wait long enough that the whole list loads.
Then also check that you can add your own server to your favorites. Sometimes the game server version and your own game are little bit different versions - then it's your own game which automatically filters the server away even though the server and the client are compatible.
