the torrent download for CSS doesn't work anymore.
Does anyone else have this problem?
even after adding about 50-70 trackers still no downloading.
my firewall is not the problem because i turned it off for a while and still nothing.
i already played the game last 2 -4 weeks but due to technical problems about 4 days ago i had to reinstall my computer twice .
first time i also couldn't download but i managed to save the install file before reinstalling.
but after the second time i accidentally deleted the file which is the reason for this post.


also when i logged in to pub server #2 after my first reinstall it said wrong name and said i was banned even after changing my name it still didn't allow me to join.
could that be a reason for not being able to download?
if not, what could the actual reason be?

if anyone can help me with either problem i'd be very grateful

Enable DHT in your torrent client. Ban for bad name probably is - 2h.

Joining with name "css.setti.info" gets you 2h ban from Setti's main server. That is to reduce amount of noobs who don't even know how to change their name. If they don't know how to change name they are not likely to be pro players. Main server is only for pros.

On other #2 - #RUS servers you may get kicked, banned for 5 minutes or 2 hours. It depends whether you join with name css.setti.info, css.setti.info(1) or css.setti.info(2). You are automatically renamed if there is already a player with the same name on the server.

well i tried several things that should fix the problem but still doesn't download
DHT was already enabled so i switched it to disabled an tried again and switched it back and tried again several times.
no effect.
i have tried removing my firewall's rules and recreating them.
no effect
I went to Control Panel -> Network and Internet-> Clicked on Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level
Under Miscellaneous, Accessed data sources across domains, I checked enable.
no effect
i deactivated firewall
no effect
i also did it all at the same time
still nothing

but i heard at school today there might be another problem.
i live in the netherlands. which is ofcourse in europe.
and someone in a high place or a hacker or so deactivated some main networking server/supplier causing trouble with certain internet providers.
i'm not sure if mine is one of those but i do know that around the moment that got deactivated (few weeks ago)
my internet also started to go bad.
i even have trouble loading this forum sometimes.

so thanks for the ideas and help
if you might know another solution please tell me
otherwise i'll have to wait for it to get fixed.

This torrent has ~800 peers.
Try to add seeds manualy.

nope nothing
it says i can still download but it also says nothings avaiable
it's really weird i added the seeds and some other still none
after 8.5 hours still not even one bit byte or kilobyte got downloaded

i have a other torrent which is downloading but the css torrent not so it's a problem with your torrent.

at least that's how it looks right now
