Волнует один вопрос, чекал свой сервер в мастер серверах, вот что нашел:
80.77.175.119:27027 (16987 position) css.setti.info (css.setti.info:27010)
Мой сервер на 16987 позиции , вопрос, это постоянное значение, или по мере повышение онлайна позиция меняется?

I'm not sure what you are asking. Setti uses GeoIP based positioning to send the serverlist. If you are from Russia you will see Russian servers first, then Europe, then rest of the world. If you are from Brazil you will see Brazilian servers first, then South-American, then rest of the world.

Servers that are on the boost list are on top of the list regardless.
