Because you can't tell a difference from wh and normal player, thats why you keep sending me demos with setti regulars, claiming that they ar whacks
When I played him on setti 1 I didn't notice a wh.
Haha thats funny, I can always tell an obvious wh. The thing is people use their wh's differently and some try to disguise them while other have radar hacks or something that looks like wh.
this is not radarhack ... just because a radarhack do not show where to put the cross. it show you just the position of the target in 2D

I saw those demos and didn't find cheats, but I can error. Please tell me the exact moments of possible cheating.
What I know from his words is that he bought a steam to prove that he doesn't use cheats. I think that he wouldn't put in risk his steam account for using cheats.

I guess you want to say IP provided by your ISP ... give a try to this port-forwarding application from here if you running windows .
and if your IP it's changing everyday I guess you can try to do something with NO-IP or DYNDNS
btw some routers have their own DDNS (Dynamic DNS) service that allow you to use a Domain name even though your Internet IP address is dynamic. You must Register for DDNS service at one of the listed DDNS Services from your router if it have something like this.
