My server is located on my PC, so it's not 24/7 and my computer might have been shut down when you ping-ed.
I've got the same problem on my CSS server...

Rebooted my server for over 9000 times, but it didn't help
I dont know if it's related, but:C:\Documents and Settings\*******>ping 92.255.66.6 -t Pinging 92.255.66.6 with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out.
I already hosted a CSS server for some time half-year ago... Don't know what happened.
