Hi again!

I noticed that after some amount of downtime, the server gets removed automatically from Setti. Or at least this is what I see, if I search for it it doesn't show up.

I would like to know what that time is, I think it is important info for owners. For instance, knowing that the server gets removed after 12 hours of downtime, or 1 day or 2 days etc. That way I know how much time I have to fix stuff up before the server gets removed.

Ok, I searched, read and looked for everything, now my brain hurts and I'm really confused. I think we need some concentrated and clear instructions on what we need to do to add a server to Setti and how to do it, written on a sticky topic or homepage announcement.

I feel lonely and hopeless... ) Setti refuses my server, patches don't work... it's a complete and total mess...

See atachment. Server online for days now, nothing changed since last valve update, so nothing at all changed in the last 2-3 days. My server is online, gametracker.com sees it, players see it and can play on it. As a matter of fact, a player entered the game right in the middle of the so-called "offline" period around yesterday, 13:00 hours.

I finally managed to patch a fresh installation of CSS Server on linux and Esteamation works fine. I will now try to submit my server, which is on 109.99.143.211:27015.

If this works, it will remain permanently online, maybe with a few hours downtime during the next weeks or so for addons and plugins installation and configuration and for OS maintenance.

I am posting this because at the moment I have no clear picture of what may cause my server to be removed or banned and I want to be sure it won't be removed or banned . It may be empty, with 0 players, at the beginning, but this is intended to be a long term server. It also hosts the webserver that holds at least 2 sites, the server's and my own company's site, the MySQL for everything and maybe other stuff in the future, so I'm not planning any hit'n'run.

When I try to add server (static IP, port forwarding OK on router), I get this:

I have no such file on the server and the server is accessible on the internet ( I have 2 providers, one ISP on the servers, the other ISP on my PC).

I have a clean installation that was run with original updatetool from STEAM.

What should I do ?
