halo guys, I just wanted to say a goodbye to setti, and all the people that i had fun playing with.

i want to thank el greco, mithrandir, M4Andreas, chimka, ruben, kuro, funky, fonzi, frog, kfiat, selena, and everyone else i cant remember, with whom i enjoyed playing.

 

 

Also, a big sorry to setti head admins (scudler, kill3r), for my bad words when i first joined this community.. i had to learn the rules through banning, and crying at forums, being offensive did not help me at all. At least i learned from my mistakes. (please notice i was total noob back then - just like now

 

Server is not so populated as i would like to be. But i can say one thing for sure. "growing up" in setti gave me a lot of skill, or at least thats how i see it, now that i am playing at another overpopulated server, and i make nice scoring. So i am thankful to all the regulars.

DD2. i was leaving my only alive teammate to plant on a, and was searching  for the only alive ct. ok, i know it was not right, but i was not in the mood of playing seriously.

I was in the tunnel when defuse started, of course i could not kill the ct. but i dindnt even had the chance to try.  and i get kicked. I dont actually remember if funky let the CT take the 3 kills, but other than that, he ruined my play

 

I tell him that he acts like head admin, and he THREATENS me not to play again. this is why i actually made the thread. 

So fuck this shit,  funky you are not head admin, maybe one day you will, but your primary target for the moment  is banning cheaters. correct me if i am wrong.

 

anyways, i never liked you as admin, better go become footballer if you like kicking so much. FFS

Why dude? i just want to know the reason.

no cheating of course, i was laggin though due ti shitty PC.. i killed two enemies at B and then i get banned for 1440 minutes...

what did i do ??

ok, so after a reboot of my computer some days ago, it seemed that the gameplay of my favourite game - pub#3 -  had changed in annoying to me manner.

1. No more "most destructive player is.." at the end of each round.. instead a (colorful) window appears telling terrorists or CT wins, which contains a report on what the "MVP" of the round has done (eg. XX killed an enemy while flashed, XX made damage to 6 enemies, xx killed 3 enemies etc.

2. No response from the M button. Once i join a team, i cannot change, and i cannot even go to spectate. (that is the most annoying change)

3. weapon choosing had also changed, but i figured out it was from the options a setting. which i never changed before.

So my questions: how the hell happened this ??   how can i fix this so that game will work as previous days before the auto gameplay change?

the weird is that whoever i asked has not noticed any change.. is it just me? I did not do anything at options, but yet they changed. HOW?  

also i am very sceptical of reiinstalling the game, since i cannot see anymore the so helpful thread that included download links of the game and the patches as well.

Any helpful replies would be apprecieated a lot,

So i can only think of one reason, which is my high ping. Also i asked to ban someone i was thinking of wh-ing.

Dont you think that it is unfair to ban a player for a day 1440 minutes, just because a full admin wants to play quietly for a couple of hours???

Sorry for mispelling your name. Please make me understand what i did wrong??? did i spam ????? i didnt even played one round actually i played a round and got killed in the very start of that round.. so many cheaters on the game and you ban me dude? i really dont understand.

EDIT2: so i found out it was rates the reason of the ban.

Also it is really funny for an admin to say that he banned people for 2 hours, while he knows he has banned them for 1440 minutes. Liar? or "mistake"?
. you ban people for rates while the SAME TIME wallhackers party! and you know what? please permban me! i have been using cl_cmdrate1 cl_updaterate1 since you lowered the ping limit to 120! this means i am a cheater right!? cause all i wanted was to lower my ping. i deserve to be permbanned dont i? . I was a cheater while i didnt know it... FFS. in what way does the cl_cmdrate command makes you a cheater so that you deserve a ban, i really dont take it.

All i can say is that you have other options too , not only ban. I WAS NEVER GIVEN A WARNING, i came in and got banned.

i ll search for other servers that really ban only cheaters. After so many bans to non cheaters i think i will only have chances of finding a more friendly playing environment.

PS go smoke some weed if you got nerves, players dont have to be the ones that pay for your bad mood.
