My server HardCoreCss is on setti masterserver list and on site its apear online but when i go to counter strike source and i search my server on list did not apear and a try to add refreash why?

Hi!! 
I made a new counter strike source server but I cannot add because it's say restricted ip contacat setti administration.
Please add HardCoreCss.zapto.org

HI!I JUST MADE A CS 1.6 SERVER BUT WHEN I PUT IN YOUR LIST ITS SAY: RESTRICTED IP CONTACT SETTI ADMINISTARION.PLEASE ADD MY SERVER TO YOUR LIST
MY SERVER IS : ZombieHellcome.zapto.org
SERVER PORT IS: 27015
MY SERVER ADDRES IS NOT A FAKE BECAUSE PALYERS CAN CONNECT IF i GIVE THEY THE ADDRES.
PLEASE HELP
CAN HELP ME PLZ??
