Dropped ... from server (No Steam logon). Why?

When someone try to join to my L4D server, sometimes he can't join to my server, and I got this error message into my console:

Dropped XYplayer from server (No Steam logon)

How to solve this problem?

Why I can't add my Left 4 Dead server to setti?

I got these error messages when I tried to add my server to setti:

[Tue Oct 18 17:40:34 2011]: Verifying 92.249.136.12:27016 (92.249.136.12:27016)
[Tue Oct 18 17:40:34 2011]: Could not request server information

Can anyone help me?
