Your Steam account (as you said in game) is overwatch banned. And you ask for unban about your non-Steam CS:GO? I don't think so. 
Btw in the beginning you weren't suspicious. You became suspicious recently. Wallbangs, kills through smoke etc. And you are only ~14 years old based on your voice that i have heard.
P.S. If someone is suspicious and i spec him, i also check for bans from other communities and/or VAC/OW bans. If there are any, when i'm almost 100% sure the suspect is indeed cheating they help me be 100% sure.

First things first. When you go here, you can see the following at the top of the page:
"For unban requests post this information:
1. Name when you got banned.
2. SteamID ("status" command in console when connected to a server).
3. Map's name when you got banned."
As you can understand, your unban request is not properly applied. But anyway. Not big deal since it's about team attacking. You are banned for 6 hours but i will unban you since you made a request and it seems like you understood your mistake. Don't team attack/kill again.

Well, indeed. Sculder doing things like that. Yesterday he perm banned 2 guys for "wh" without even spect them and 1 for team attack. I told him to stop, he called me an idiot, I told him to stfu and in final we got banned each other after that I unbanned the one guy that sculder banned for ta. If the rest (2) will create an unban request I will see the demo of their "cheats" and may I will unban them too. IMO sculder and sometimes Leamming they can't understand that it's not the easiest way to attract new players on our servers. And they just permban them just for nothing. Btw Leamming last months seems to be a good boy

Z4_killer the best way to learn from your "mistake" is to get punished for it. You cheated and you lost the ability to play on Setti servers. You will not be unbanned. This is the only way you will learn to have greater respect for other players and other servers you play on. Today even cracked servers have good anti-cheat plugins and contstant admins on-line so when you learn that for 5 minutes of cheating you can get permbanned, you will realize that it is not worth it.
